I love a good story. Especially the story of things, like my grandfather’s movie camera, or an old and well traveled thrift store hat. Mostly everything I have come to own has a story to it, real or imaginary; it’s what’s at the root of my cinematography and why I do what I do.

I create stories using a 1950’s Bolex, your guest with a camera, adding to the style of your wedding day. The finished film - and its physical presentation inside a timeless Kodak canister - are designed to be discovered. I don’t direct, or make anyone feel unnatural. The joy is in being present and enjoying the day alongside you and your family. I am told that this is what sets my films apart from other filmmakers.

Each invitation is approached originally, with kindness and a sincere interest in order to create something different, and I honestly hope you have the same philosophy whilst looking for your wedding artists.

On a personal note: my partner Caro and our son Cassidy are key players in my creative journey. We spend much of our time living on the road, out of a couple of suitcases, hotel to motel, about the world. We absolutely love living this lifestyle alongside quiet moments at our rural home in Italy, where Caro writes children’s books and I edit using an original reel-to-reel Steenbeck. Truth be told, that last sentence is still imaginary, but we’re working on it.
